Yikes! This is dreadful! I am going to take steps to close down the church .... well, no, the church nursery ... well, no, I think I will enact a much stricter entrance test for nursery workers.
Perhaps you don't need to take such drastic measures. I think a 4 week sermon series on the Necessity of Speaking Carefully to New Moms would be suffice.
