Setting: Watching Lady and the Tramp with my 9 and 8 year old daughters.
8yr old J: Who is singing right now?
Me: Lady.
J: But her lips aren't moving.
Me: Well, I think she's thinking singing.
J: But Dogs can't sing.
Me: Well, she's been talking the whole movie, and dogs can't talk either.
J: (sigh) This movie is SO anthropomorphic
